本案客厅与餐厅相连，呈现长方形，原始户型浪费了进门处宽敞的空间。设计师改变了进门方向，用鞋柜包裹的方式新增一个小门厅，增加区域之间的独立感。门厅的改变，让客厅与餐厅也分隔开来，整体动线更好。将保姆房改造成中厨的一部分，宽敞的中西厨满足各类型烹饪需求。
In this case, the living room connects with the dining hall, both together to be rectangular. Since the original apartment is very space inefficient at the entrance, the designer changes the direction occupants can get through the door and creates a tiny foyer by shoe wardrobes, thus, increasing independence among areas. The newly- added foyer separates the living room from the dining space, as well as smoothing the whole circulation. In addition, the spacious kitchen is achieved by converting a kids room, tailored for Chinese and Western cooking.

The foyer, divided by shoe wardrobes, exemplifies the ideal of beauty and practicality. Using wood grates, it keeps open to both the dining and the living room.

木格栅略微倾斜的角度，避免了门厅内窗户和邻居视线无遮档的尴尬。

考虑到环形电视机的造型，设计师把电视墙做成弧形的平面，电视被镶进去，保持视觉统一。

The main bathing area presents a high standard of luxury hotels. The main passage in the suite leads to the balcony, bringing a nice view. To the left of the passage are a toilet and a shower room, while to the right are basins and a dresser ( the dry area).
公共区域的卫生间很长，设计师把干区扩大，并设置了三个面盆，满足孩子们同时起床的洗漱需求。其中一个面盆是抽拉淋浴头，方便给小孩子洗头。还有一个小便斗和马桶，便于全家人使用。
The designer has enlarged the dry area, and set three basins in case children get up at the same time. One of the basins is equipped with a pull-out shower head in order to shampoo babies. Besides, a urinal and a stool are for the use of the whole family.
