项目名称：Hustle Bistro 汉瑟餐吧 设计单位：杭州屹展室内设计有限公司 设计师：肖懿展 设计撰文：SALOME STUDIO 摄影：SALOME、Hustle 项目地址：杭州市上城区 项目面积：约500平方米 竣工时间：2017年2月 主要材料：水磨石、电镀钢网、原木 Hustle Bistro位于钱塘江畔的赞成中心，这一新型写字楼汇聚了互联网、金融、设计、零售等不同的行业，附近小区的居民多是高收入的知识型人才，而定位为全天候服务型餐吧，这里提供三餐和下午茶，夜晚则为酒吧。 Hustle Bistro is located at Zhancheng Center, bank of the Qian Tang Rive. The new office combines a wide variety of industries including internet, finance, design and retail etc., the residents nearby are knowledgeable and high income talents. This design is designed as an all-weather service-oriented Dining Bar, offering meals and afternoon tea, moreover it as a pub at night.
基于对消费群体和空间类型的深入分析，设计师将西餐与酒吧融合在两层的空间内，由此打造了一间富有包容性的餐吧。 Based on the in-depth analysis of consumer groups and space types, the designer has mixed the Western food and pub into the two-story space, thus creating an inclusive Dining Bar. Hustle Bistro的空间设计以“星空”为主题，主要运用了电镀钢网、钢板、水磨石等硬性材质，通过灯光的巧妙使用，使得整个空间呈现出科幻而宁静的氛围，如同浩瀚星空里的方舟，激发出对未知的探索欲望。 The theme of Hustle Bistro is "Star", mainly use of the materials like galvanized steel net, steel plate, terrazzo and other rigid materials, creating a sci-fi and tranquil atmosphere through the ingenious arrangement of lights, as if the ark in the vast sky, inspiring your exploration desires for the unknown world. 在两层的空间内，大面积的落地玻璃保证了室内的采光，为日间用餐提供了舒适的光线，带来一种置身于繁忙都市生活之外的超然感。 In the two-story space, the large-area French window guarantee the lighting, providing a comfortable light for daytime meals, and brings a sense of relaxation beyond the busy urban life. 长桌区地面的地砖图样同样出自设计师之手，波浪的元素旨在表达时间的流动，有如穿梭于时光隧道。 The floor tile patterns of the long table area were also designed by the designer, the wave element is intended to express the flowing of time, as if shuttling in the time tunnel. 一层的吧台酒柜由金属打造而成，各式酒水被密集地放置在网格中，鲜明地展示着空间的边界。 The wine cabinet of the first floor bar is made of metal, and all kinds of drinks are placed in the grids, clearly showing the boundaries of the space. 楼梯造型的灵感来源于航天发射器的脚手架，转角处的圆形灯盘散发着动感的光晕，如同船体的观景窗，由此过度到二楼的空间，进入距离“星空”更近的空间。 The shape of stair is inspired by the scaffolding of space launcher. The circular lamps at the nook exude the dynamic halo, just like the sightseeing window of the spaceship. It is a transition of the space in the second floor, to enter into the space much closer to the starry sky. 夜晚降临后，Hustle Bistro 成为城市夜行者的聚集地。设计师通过灯光的巧妙变化，实现不同时段的氛围需求。 At night, Hustle Bistro would become a gathering place for city night life lovers. The designer has designed different atmosphere for different hours through ingenious arrangement of lights. 中庭是整个空间的视觉中心，屏幕承担了场景营造的主要功能，变幻无穷的星空景象，给人以身临其境之感。上方运用不规则钢条搭建出类似起伏山坡的造型，异型栅条围绕二层形成护墙与此形成呼应，在视觉上共同构筑出边界感，如同乘坐未来的飞船在宇宙中遨游，身处繁星的怀抱之中。 The atrium is the visual center of the whole space, and the screen undertakes the main function of creating scenes, ever changing scenes of starry sky allow the people to be personally on the scene. The designer used irregular steel bars to construct an undulating slope shape for the upper part, irregular grid bars circled around the second floor and constitute the enclosure to construct the sense of boundary, as if voyaging in the starry night by the future spacecraft. 相较于用餐期间的安谧，酒吧时间的灯光会在黄色、紫色、红色、蓝色之间切换，热闹的氛围将人们层层包围，呼唤着因为生活劳累而渐渐麻木的内心，也为漂泊者们提供了一处温暖的庇护所。 Compared with the quietness of deal time, at night the pub is colorful and boisterous, ever changing lights between yellow, purple, red and blue. The pub is filled with lively atmosphere, stimulating your numb heart because of the tiredness of life, also provides a warm shelter for the wanderers.
