城市的夜里亮起灯光等待食客的门店，抚慰着一批又一批疲累的上班人。小龙虾作为中国人夜间美食的“明星”，无论南北都成了必不可少的一味江湖菜，约三五好友一起进店撸串扒小龙虾，将生活的酸甜苦辣用美食的鲜辣爽口中和。

In the evenings of the city, lights illuminate the establishments, eagerly awaiting the arrival of customers, and providing solace to weary workers. As the “star” of Chinese late-night cuisine, crayfish has become an essential delicacy, sought after by both northerners and southerners alike, serving as a must-have dish to be enjoyed with friends over skewers and grilled crayfish. Through the spicy and tantalizing flavors of this cuisine, life’s joys and sorrows find a harmonious balance.

三太子龙虾的新店设计，我们抓取得关键词是：江湖、市井、高级、趣味。看似不搭调的几个词语需要用怎样的设计链接表达呢？我们选择了“竹子”这一材质。竹子是一种拙朴、自然的材质，将它与金属构件、水泥结合，竹子消解了不锈钢金属的精致与冰冷，金属中和了竹子的素朴。

In the design of Santaizi’s new restaurant, we focused on keywords such as Jianghu, earthy vibes, sophistication, and fun. How can we express the connection between these seemingly disparate concepts? Our answer lies in the use of bamboo as a prominent material. Bamboo, with its inherent simplicity and natural beauty, is skillfully blended with metal components and concrete, harmonizing the rustic charm of bamboo with the refined elegance of stainless steel.

我们在包间区，用竹子和金属构件搭建围栏作为空间隔断，用木材和波浪板搭建入口房檐，包间中的软装部分也同样使用竹子作为材质。桌子的桌墩由数根大小均匀的竹子排列，再由绑带固定而成，安装上金属桌面，恰有几分现代和朴素相碰撞的趣味。椅子则使用了竹编的工艺，但造型上选择了更为简洁时尚的造型。

Within the private dining area, we have created bamboo and metal fences to serve as spatial dividers. The entrance canopy features a combination of wood, wave boards, and bamboo, while the soft furnishings within the private rooms also incorporate bamboo as a key material. The table bases are constructed by arranging bamboo poles of varying sizes, securely fastened with straps and topped with sleek metal tabletops, resulting in a delightful juxtaposition of modernity and simplicity. The chairs, adopting the art of bamboo weaving, exude a sleek and fashionable aesthetic.

两个包厢之间我们制作了一扇可移动的屏风，利用木材、金属构件、夹丝玻璃制成，配上红色的slogan字体和包间顶部垂吊下的塑料红色灯罩，我们希望食客们能置身在江湖市井中享受小龙虾的鲜辣畅快。

To bridge the gap between two private rooms, we have crafted a movable screen using wood, metal components, and wire glass. Complemented by vibrant red slogan lettering and hanging plastic red lampshades, our intention is to transport diners into the earthy vitality of the Jianghu and the vibrant earthy vibes, while they savor the tantalizing spiciness of crayfish.

堂食区的卡座设计，我们更多使用石材、木材为主。不过桌子部分，我们依旧沿用了使用航空绑带固定竹管排列的方式作为桌墩。卡座的扶手部分我们用木板加航空绑带的设计。
Within the general seating area, our primary focus is on stone and wood elements. However, we maintain the use of bamboo poles secured with aviation straps as table bases. The booth’s armrests feature a design incorporating wooden boards and aviation straps.

整个空间中，我们用竹子这一材质做了很多精心的设计，门廊等候区座位由12根竹管和金属构件组成、玻璃门扇的扶手由寻常的金属扶手替换为竹管、竹结构的棚户、室内展架、灯箱。。。我们希望用带有民间属性的竹材质为空间增添江湖而市井的有趣氛围。品牌展示部分通过架设的屏幕展示滚动的视频，墙面和软装表面喷绘粘贴有趣的文案与插画，品牌主色调——火红的颜色，我们用精心的设计和构想希望招揽常来常往的食客，希望食客与我们一起来发现三太子龙虾Santaizi更多的美味和有趣。
Throughout the entire space, bamboo has been thoughtfully incorporated into various elements, such as the waiting area seats composed of 12 bamboo poles and metal components, the replacement of conventional metal handrails on the glass doors with bamboo poles, the bamboo structures of canopies, indoor display racks, and lightboxes. By utilizing bamboo, a material that exudes a sense of tradition, we aim to infuse the space with an intriguing atmosphere that seamlessly merges the spirit of the Jianghu with the charm of the earthy vibes. The brand display area showcases sliding videos on mounted screens, while the walls and soft furnishings are painted and stuck with captivating slogans and illustrations. Accentuated by the brand’s signature fiery red color, our meticulous design concepts aim to entice both regular and new customers to embark on a journey of discovering more delectable and fascinating offerings at Santaizi.
