Good Hotel is a social business that champions people by reinvesting profits to help them realise their potential. The Good Hotel is part of a mixed-use development that also houses residential and co-work- ing functions, an artisan food market, and one of the city’s top nightclubs. The lobby on the ground floor is the perfect transition zone for guests to leave the busy street life behind and start the Good Hotel experience. Good Hotel’s swing invites guests to (literally) swing by.

“Every Good Hotel has a living room. It might be inside, it might be outside but it is the perfect place for living – hanging out, working, relaxing, eating alone, or catching up with friends. Our space and their mood change from day to night. They are designed to en- courage collaboration and conversation. They are flexible, not formal, and let you eat/ drink/do what you want, where you want when you want.

与重视私密感的酒店客房不同，Good酒店的公共空间是一个属于所有人的社交中心，也是一个亲切而温馨的聚会场地，可以在全天被用于不同的功能。在危地马拉酒店，这一重要的“客厅”位于建筑第七层的东北角，包含室内和室外区域，并且直接与屋顶花园相连。该空间的布局以吧台为中心，后者也是唯一固定的设计元素。空间的其余部分松散地布置着各式家具，以保持布局的灵活性，可根据不同场合进行调整。
While the rooms are meant to be a private oasis and introspective, the purpose of the Good Hotel living room is the complete opposite. It is the social hub for everybody, a welcoming and warm meeting space that accommodates a multitude of different functions throughout the day. It is located on the 7th floor, on the north-east corner of the building, with indoor and outdoor spaces, and a direct connection to the roof garden. The layout is centred around the bar, which is the only fixed design element. The rest of the space is equipped with a variety of loose furniture pieces, in order to keep the setup flexible and adjustable depending on the occasion.

“睡好觉”：私人空间
Sleep Good. Private Spaces
酒店房间虽然面积不大，但都具备极高的实用度和舒适度，简单而温暖的材料与人性化的尺度形成和谐搭配。房间分为标准间、加大间（通常带有景观）和超大间三种类型，在功能上没有区别。它们各自拥有专属的名称和编号——这些名字来自于世界各地的儿童，他们因为客人在酒店的居住和消费而获得了接受教育的机会。
“Our rooms are smart: relatively small, but super practical and cosy. Human, with simple and warm materials. There are three room categories: Standard, Standard Plus (usually with a view) & Super, all designed to be equally functional. Rooms are named and numbered. The names are names of Good Humans – children across the globe that we have educated because people have stayed with us.” Good Hotel

酒店所在的街区（Grados Norte 4号）的环境也从很大程度上影响了房间的设计。设计者希望强调内部与外部空间的联系，与这座热带城市的传统生活方式保持一致，同时也让客房能够充分尊重并凸显来自Granat大楼7-9层的优美景观。
The local context of the neighbourhood of 4 Grados Norte heavily influenced the design of the rooms. We wanted to emphasise the connection between inside and outside spaces, keeping in line with the traditional way of living in tropical climates and honour the beautiful views on offer from the 7th and 9th floors of the Granat building.
