在面对当下整个经济形势以及行业大竞争的情况之下，设计解决的问题不光是功能问题、美学问题，对于这样的商业空间项目来说，如何用较低的成本获得更大的IP以及流量，成为拙人当下思考的重要内容。

本次硬装的造价约1650元/㎡，软装的造价约为600元/㎡。
除此之外，还有一个较大的限制条件，整个的施工周期为30到35天。
因此，这次主要面临的是低成本和短时间两个因素限制，
在这双重的限制因素之下要完成一个获客引流的餐厅空间作品。

在本次空间当中，我们尝试用一个形式感较强的元素来形成一个IP点。 于是我们就采取了阵列、连续+对称这样的形式法则，去创造一个变异的拱体。 除此以外，为了降低硬装的成本，我们尽可能的将空间腾出来，不在空间当中做大量的多余造型。 在材料选择上，我们这次选择的是较为普通的肌理漆与哑光木作，而把相应有质感的部分放在了软装定制的表达上。 In this space, we try to form an IP point with a strong sense of form.So we adopted the formal rules of array, continuity + symmetry to create a variant arch. In addition, in order to reduce the cost of hard installation, we make space as much as possible, not in the space to do a lot of modeling.In terms of material selection, we chose the more common texture paint and matte wood, and put the corresponding texture part on the expression of soft decoration customization.

本次项目的这个质感涂料的颜色有点偏深，如果再将浅度增加20%，可能整个的空间对比度和柔和度会增加。因为在整个的装置拱形造型当中，它是一个亚白色，明度极高，所以用相对来说中灰的质感涂料进行与之对比最佳。 收边收口上：absorption edges： ①
本次的踢脚部分，我们采用了内凹式，那这种做法对于低成本和时间紧张的项目来讲，是不理想。它在两方面会导致出现问题：a、工艺的精细度达不到；b、在餐厅运营时，卫生清理的时候，它的速度会很快，会用一些较大较湿的拖把，时间长了，它的抗污是存在问题的。 五金选择上On Hardware selection：①本次的五金选择都不太理想，整体偏大，质感较弱，比例搭配有点儿失调。其实，一个好作品的五金看似不重要，实则非常重要，它直接决定了使用的功能性与细节美观性。
