次时代理解为下一代,另一种含义则与人工智能相关,深圳更是人工智能最具代表性城市,深圳次时代,是最接近对未来想象的地方之一。 Generation Next is the next generation, and another meaning is related to artificial intelligence. 项目位于深圳龙华观澜,界于城市繁华与绿色生态环境之间,打造以全时餐饮为主题、社交化节点场景以及未来社区“外部盒子”为价值主张的生活方式展示区,为满足年轻家庭、以追求效率和健康的年轻人的多样化需求居住群体,希望能够借助未来生活的概念与经久的材料,为项目赋予一种超前的特质,让客户感受精致、都市、高品质的生活街区及未来美好生活场景。 This project is located in Shenzhen Longhua Guanlan, the boundary between the city and the green ecological environment, building with full-time food as the theme, social scene node and future community lifestyle "outside the box" as the value proposition of the exhibit, to meet the young family, in pursuit of efficiency and health of young people live to fulfill the diversified demands of groups, It is hoped that the concept of future life and durable materials can be used to endow the project with a forward-looking quality, so that customers can feel the exquisite, urban, high-quality living blocks and future beautiful life scenes.
未来是科技化与信息化的时代,未来的科技需要被赋予新的内容和含义,科技愈加智能,愈加趋向人性化,也就愈加关注对人的关怀。因此在这个项目中,设计师深度思考了基于深圳大环境下地产的本质,裹挟在科技智慧和城市发展与生态平衡中的生活应该是怎样的? Therefore, in this project, the designer has deeply thought about the nature of real estate in the context of Shenzhen, and what life should be like in the context of technological wisdom, urban development and ecological balance.

追求简洁,回到本质。这是从柏拉图以来一直贯穿的经典美学理念,也是新生态文明的核心动力。颗粒感哑光的大地色系墙面与落地玻璃定调整体氛围,以黑色线条勾勒点缀,线条的流动性优化了空间层次感,把空间描绘成一个简洁坦率的状态,弱化环境对人们感官的刺激性。 Go for simplicity and return to essence. 《小黑泥》艺术版画置于二楼空间展示区,在空间中既不突兀又纯粹让空间变得灵动了起来。小黑泥是青年艺术家冀皓天创作的系列作品,小黑泥是一种闭上眼睛的状态,是无法用语言表达的视觉变现。是“向内看”的载体,只关注自己感受的世界,闭上眼睛放大感受世界的美妙。 The art print of "The Little Black Mud" is placed in the exhibition area of the second floor space, which is not abrupt but pure and makes the space become clever. "The Little Black Mud" is a series of works created by young artist Haotian Ji. Little black mud is a kind of state with eyes closed and a visual realization that cannot be expressed in words. 关于WED中熙设计
