原项目布局分为一楼和负一楼空间，而这样的布局极大地降低了空间的利用率，通过深入推敲后，用设计干预资源的合理分配，我们将负一楼空间改造为生活空间，并增加夹层空间，对空间资源进行最优配置，发挥空间与生活链接的最大化，最终实现宅邸的价值体现。

环岛式的入口玄关，营造了空间仪式感，由此展开左右两侧的功能分布。映入眼帘的翡翠隔断墙，犹如一件艺术品，视觉上升维了品质感。

右侧客厅空间将都市性格和自然情绪在这个生活实验场域有机结合，把最大的资源面通向室外庭院，归于自然，动线更加通畅，且采光面为整面落地窗，既让空间充满光影生命力，也让人将视线聚焦于窗外无尽舒朗的景致之中。
The living room space on the right organically combines urban character and natural mood in this living experiment field.
