弘阳金坛华科园项目示范区售楼处位于常州金坛区，常州是南京都市圈成员之一。设计师以“城市之光”为主题，在空间演绎一座城从白昼到黑夜，光明的诗意，万物的意蕴，虚实交织，再现自然之美意。 Hongyang Jintan Huaske Park project demonstration area sales office is located in Changzhou Jintan District, Changzhou is one of the members of Nanjing metropolitan circle. With "City Lights" as the theme, the designer interprets the poetic light of a city from day to night, the implication of all things, the virtual and real interweaving, and reproduces the beauty of nature.
破晓之光—与光相遇 Daybreak Light - Meet the Light 曲径通静处，建筑外立面层层叠叠的块面下，隐隐约约透出光亮，“犹抱琵琶半遮面”的美随着浅浅光线的流露而出，向来访者递出光轻柔的呼唤。 The winding path leads to the quiet place, under the block surface of the building facade layer upon layer, faintly reveals the light. The beauty of "holding the pia and half covering the face" comes out with the shallow light, passing out the call of light gently to the visitors.
步入售楼处大厅，开敞宏阔的空间映入眼帘。光本无形，设计师通过简化空间的层次与线条，以方正平直的体块构成，纯洁白色为空间底色，突出光与自然的主题，打造出一种自然而然的静谧空间，放大光下万物之美。 Into the sales office hall, open wide space greeted. Light is invisible. By simplifying the levels and lines of the space, the designer uses square and straight blocks to form the space with pure white as the background color, highlighting the theme of light and nature, creating a natural and quiet space and amplifying the beauty of everything under light.
入口处《生命之花》艺术装置展示着生命绽放的姿态，蓬勃的生命力以及沉静内敛的静默散发着魅力，浸透人心。 The flower of life art installation at the entrance shows the blooming attitude of life. The vigorous vitality and the quiet and reserved silence exude charm and permeate people's hearts.
悬在墙上的艺术壁挂《空镜》上强有力的曲线造型，搭配丰沛的色彩，暗语着光明出现，新生的力量无尽的涌动，开启了城市新的一天。 The powerful curvilinear shape of the art wall hanging on the wall of "Empty Mirror", matched with abundant colors, implies the emergence of light and the endless surge of new forces, which opens a new day in the city.
接待区中心极简的销控台以两个立方台面相接，延伸入空间隔断墙处，巧妙地建立起两个空间的联系。空间边缘环绕着层层“水波”，最侧垂悬着“水滴”，那是晨光初现，凝结的露珠随着洒下的第一缕阳光滴落而下，象征着自然生命的光辉。 The minimalist pin control platform in the center of the reception area is connected by two cubic countertops, which extend into the partition wall of the space and skillfully establish the connection between the two Spaces. The edge of the space is surrounded by layers of "water waves", and the most lateral hanging "water drops", it is the dawn, the condensation of dew drops with the first ray of sunlight dripping down, a symbol of the glory of natural life.
光耀灿烂—与光共舞 Bright - dance with the light 步入沙盘区，便是进入到空间光亮最盛的区间。同样延续方正大气的空间布局，白色调下点缀棕色，沉稳儒雅，更好地烘托出视觉中心沙盘。 Into the sand table area, is to enter the space of the most bright interval. 沙盘区相较于入口接待区，层高增大，使得视觉上更加开敞。空间顶部选用透明材质以便大面积引入自然光线，外加一侧大面积落地窗，在纯白亮色基调下，将光的明亮在此发挥至淋漓尽致。 Compared with the reception area at the entrance, the height of the sand table area increases, making it more open visually. 顶部白色透明水晶艺术装置，交织的线条造型模拟姿态万千的白云，冲破感官防备，在自然投射进的阳光照射下，熠熠生辉，创造了秩序之外光影幻变的节奏。 The white transparent crystal art installation at the top, the interwoven lines simulate the white clouds with myriad gestures, breaking through the sensory guard, shining brightly under the sunlight projected by nature, and creating the rhythm of light and shadow changing outside the order.
这样一个巨大的装置悬挂在沙盘之上，既界定了沙盘区的视觉范围，又以灵动多变的曲线造型丰富了空间层次，铺陈诗意的序曲于空间，游踪所至，美景在目。 Such a huge device hanging on the sand table not only defines the visual scope of the sand table area, but also enriches the spatial level with the flexible and changeable curve shape, and lays out the poetic prelude in the space. Wherever you go, you can see the beautiful scenery.
楼梯下错落有致地悬挂着颗颗“星球”，有如空中繁星，无论是变幻的云，还是无穷无尽的星辰，自然浩淼之美不言而喻。 Under the stairs, the "planets" hung at random, like the stars in the sky. No matter it was the changeable clouds or the endless stars, the beauty of nature was self-evident.
隔而不断的格栅落地窗，以半遮半掩的构成将室外景致变得若隐若现，尽显朦胧之美。 Continuously separated by the grille French window, the composition of half cover half the outdoor scenery becomes invisible, showing the hazy beauty.
波光怡人—与光共饮 The light pleases you - drink with the light 洽谈区光线感进入一天中渐渐柔和的阶段，城市也迈入闲适的休闲时光，偃息了张扬的光芒，亮起了点点灯盏。开放的洽谈区位于中间，使用大面积浅色木质吊顶，淡雅柔和的氛围暗示着城市也开始休憩。两侧则是半开放式深谈区，整个空间采用对称式布局。 The light sense of the negotiation area has entered the gradually soft stage of the day, and the city has also entered the leisure time of leisure, with the publicity of the light and the lights shining up. 水吧区咖啡氛围营造吧台主墙，大面积储物隔断也使用了对称布局，规则秩序感提供了视觉上的满足感。除此之外，还满足了展示功能需求。艺术吊灯也选用了规则的直线型，契合空间调性。舒适、安稳的水吧区让品酒与洽谈成另一场浪漫的邂逅，后场的设计让空间与使用者更从容有序。 The coffee atmosphere in the water bar area creates the main wall of the bar. 开放式洽谈区以桌椅组合划定区域，随意开放的空间让来访者可以以自由的姿态享受空间。 The open negotiation area is delimited by the combination of tables and chairs. The free and open space allows visitors to enjoy the space with a free attitude.
深谈区则需要保持私密性，因而以房间的形式进行空间围合。顶部大面积水波纹亦如夕阳下微风吹拂，湖面上浮动的星星点点光芒，惬意活泼跃然而现，仿佛在空间奏响一曲华尔兹。 Deep conversation area needs to maintain privacy, so the space is enclosed in the form of rooms. 纯然木色点缀灰蓝，好似顶面的水滴从中滴落至地面，美不胜收。落地窗让室外美景与室内产生连接，引景入内，模糊了空间界限，让自然美意融汇空间之中。 Pure wood dotted with gray blue, as if the top of the water dripping from the ground, beautiful.
