初接触TRENDSEEKER店主时,我们同样怀着好奇而兴奋的心情。正如TRENDSEEKER的名字一样“潮流探寻者”,敏锐捕捉才能挖掘到宝藏。在当下对审美、品质和消费体验过程有极高要求的前提下,我们打造的,不仅仅是契合主题。如何让小心思点亮来者的探寻之旅,收获如若至宝的爱物,便是我们揣摩的核心路径。

When we first met the owner of TRENDSEEKER, we were also curious and excited. Just like TRENDSEEKER's name is "trend seeker", only by keenly catching can the treasure be unearthed. Under the premise that there are extremely high requirements for aesthetics, quality and consumer experience, what we create is not only in line with the theme. How to let careful thinking illuminate the journey of the visitor's exploration and reap the treasures of love is the core path for us to figure out.

时尚,已经开始轮回


说到"中古",一些人可能会第一时间想到复古style,而在另一些人的印象里,它是一种仪式感,代表着经典被珍藏。追溯“中古”一词是源于日文ちゅうこ,商品销售除开本身的增值部分,附加之下还有沉淀积攒的历史符号。相信很多女生都不会陌生,所谓“一入中古深似海”,懂的人自然会理解这种心情。
Speaking of "Middle Ages", some people may think of retro style for the first time, while in the impression of others, it is a sense of ritual, representing the collection of classics. The term "Middle Ages" is traced back to Japanese ちゅうこ. In addition to the value-added part of product sales, there are also historical symbols that accumulate in the past. I believe that many girls are not unfamiliar, the so-called "one entering the Middle Ages is as deep as the sea", people who understand will naturally understand this feeling.

以极简,塑造体验

喜欢淘的人,实际是在找与自己磁场最匹配的物件。而设计师也顺着这种意识进行了大胆的塑造,在原先空泛无序的9米多纵伸空间,来了一次颠覆性的解构重组。经过数次精心考量,人与空间的关系以及场景模块化后。重塑的意义被淋漓尽致表达,明朗的调性便是它新的气质。
People who like to shop are actually looking for objects that best match their magnetic field. The designer has also carried out bold shaping along this consciousness, and in the originally empty and disordered space of more than 9 meters, there has been a subversive deconstruction and reorganization. After several careful considerations, the relationship between people and space and the modularization of the scene. The meaning of remodeling is expressed vividly, and the clear tone is its new temperament.



精神层面的消费行为,通常与极致的审美和品质的细节要求有着密切关系,需要匹配高标准的理念,而同色系是高级的基本玩法。所以墙面跟地面饰面材料的调性基本一致。

墙面涂刷低饱和高级灰调质感漆,以柔和、层次自然的纹理,很好的收敛了室外的浮光动态,让人即刻开启一段沉浸式寻宝体验。而弧型隔断、拱门的巧思可谓一举多得,从功能上弱化了原始柱梁的突兀;也营造了视觉冲击力的丰满;同时造就了怀旧的工业气息。当人穿行其间,仿若穿行于时间轴的轨迹,以至于舒适的体感链接到更强的购物欲。
Spiritual consumption behavior is usually closely related to the ultimate aesthetic and quality details. It needs to match the high-standard concept, and the same color system is the advanced basic gameplay. Therefore, the tonality of the wall and floor finishes is basically the same. The walls are painted with low-saturation high-grade gray-toned texture paint, with soft, layered natural textures.



楼梯转角旁逼仄的区域常常被人忽略,而木质品与生俱来的自然亲昵感,很容易消除阴郁,综合硬朗。通过直线条木饰面墙板扩充拉伸的效果,与精致的挂画和限量版潮玩相映成趣。让人有一种不妨坐下来稍事小憩的想法。
-探秘寻宝的好奇心

由于中古商品涵盖多元素的类别,尺寸形态多样,常规展柜货架无法实现完美的展示效果。设计师用“探寻”这个动作植入到设计理念。在墙面错列出数个趣味十足且形状不一的几何框洞,代替呆板的传统陈列,将探寻的意境烘托到极致。
Since the second-hand goods cover multi-element categories and various sizes and shapes, conventional showcase shelves cannot achieve a perfect display effect. The designer uses the action of "exploration" to embed the design concept. A number of interesting geometric frame holes of different shapes are mistakenly listed on the wall to replace the rigid traditional display and bring the artistic conception of exploration to the extreme.



往里走,是整个空间中庭位置,购物者会通过一段敞亮通透的镜头发现层次更丰富的空间领域。



与其说这是一个探秘性质的中古店,不如说是一个充满故事性的藏宝阁。而位于中庭的位置,作为整栋楼阁最重要的光线来源和通风处,必要性的保留敞亮通透外,这里也是很好的仰观点。墙面自然不会闲置,当光影掠过,眼光停驻,尽是店主从四海八荒淘回的藏品。This is not so much a secret-exploring middle-aged shop, as it is a treasure chest full of stories. The location in the atrium is the most important source of light and ventilation for the entire building. It is necessary to keep it open and transparent.





有时候设计是一种尺度,区域划分中,梯步是友好的提醒,宽、高均结合了人体工程学来设定;有时候设计是一种温度,梯步下暗藏的光源,照亮步伐避免踏空;而有时候设计得是一种礼数,梯步满满的仪式感突出了店主的待客之道——“顾客至上”。











灯光是点亮空间灵魂的功臣,更是渲染气氛的高手。整个空间基础照明全部抛弃繁复又抢镜的吊灯,中性光筒灯点布的方式,避免老式满天星的耗能和呆板。对于氛围光和功能光双重需求的情况下,排除自然光和普通照明的干扰,陈列壁龛边缘暗藏柔光LED光源,尽量避免光源直射物品,影响物品的寿命或者质感变化。Lighting is the hero of illuminating the soul of space, and it is also a master of rendering the atmosphere. The basic lighting of the whole space completely abandons the complicated and eye-catching chandeliers, and the neutral light downlights are dotted to avoid the energy consumption and dullness of the old-fashioned gypsophila. In the case of dual requirements for ambient light and functional light, the interference of natural light and general lighting is discharged, and the soft LED light source is hidden at the edge of the display niche.

引导场景多维度串联

为出离传统经营环境,用设计手法传达“圆融”观念。一来设置循环动线环抱前台,寓意为流水源源不绝,财源广进。二来前方留出较为宽敞的行走空间,暗示可咸可甜的社交距离。整个购物过程亲和愉悦,避免了过度商业化痕迹。
The front desk is not only a reception service function, we incorporate it into the design of the movement line. The process of forming a deep memory of a brand is a process from unfamiliar to familiar, then to trust and loyalty. By setting the front desk in a circle of circulation, from a psychological point of view, grasping the consumer's cyclical cognitive process also grasps the key to brand building.

潮玩大汇

硬朗直白的水泥灰,与原木的活力温暖交织在一起,贯穿整个空间。像极了店主常年世界嗨淘的见识和品味。这也正是店铺个性的灵感溯源。我们欣然创造有趣的空间和意想不到的互动。
The tough and straightforward cement gray is intertwined with the vitality and warmth of the logs, running through the entire space. It resembles the owner’s experience and taste all year round. This is also the source of inspiration for the store's personality. We are happy to create interesting spaces and unexpected interactions.



其次,在二楼还考虑了一块休闲区,设有皮质软弹的沙发,既可背靠而坐,也可欣赏魔幻窗景。置身其中体验产品乐趣,或者与店主畅聊中古文化新思想,来此的每一秒都不虚度。
Secondly, on the second floor, a tea break area is also considered, with a soft leather sofa, which can be used to sit back and enjoy the magical window view. Being in it to experience the fun of the product, or chatting with the manager about the new ideas of the ancient culture, every second of coming here is not wasted.

别有洞天

使用“洞口”概念,不断向来者抛出搜索引擎,好奇心驱使,搜索目标绝不放弃。Using the concept of "dongkou", constantly throwing search engines to comers, driven by curiosity, never give up on search targets.



三楼VIP包房区域,连接着二层下沉景观池,向上架空半米所生成的独立空间。






正如电影《疯狂的石头》中那样,无数的伏笔和巧合交织在一起,在一个三维空间中衍生出密密麻麻的诸多故事线,彼此牵连。回归事物本身,依旧是市场生态与核心内涵的守恒,设计做到推波助澜的作用,而我们保持探险者的精神无畏果敢,才会收获无价之宝。
Just like in the movie "Crazy Stone", is intertwined with countless foreshadowings and coincidences. In a three-dimensional space, there are many dense story lines that are connected with each other. Returning to the thing itself is still the conservation of market ecology and core connotation, and the design can help fuel the flames. Only when we keep the spirit of explorers fearless and courageous, we will reap priceless treasures.-
