建筑是一种媒介，能把场地上的生命能量呈现 Architecture is a kind of media，from the ground to life energy - 杭州素有诗意之城的美誉，最善拿捏“旧城存旧韵，今时添新貌”的城市气质。2022年，即将主办亚运会的杭州，于亚运村项目中，盛邀华润置地打造兼具销售接待与企业形象展示的示范性售楼项目。 李玮珉团队担纲售楼处设计，既保留了这座城市温文尔雅的文化气质，又体现了城市未来自我更新的时代精神。
杭州的现代性与历史性，融入了与水对照的景观风貌中，亦成就了建筑前卫和朴拙相碰撞的外观形态。 Poetry and life two fitting for hangzhou, the most good balance "old old rhyme, this time add new" city of temperament. 01. 纯粹如诗
建筑提供了一个原初而静谧的世界。
空间渗入人们生活的痕迹，而呈现出丰富性。融入周围的环境的双曲面谷仓形双层挑高建筑体位不锈钢和素水泥饰面，为室内提供了纯粹而静谧的氛围。 Can absorb the trace of people's life, thus, presents the specific richness. 03. 感性之弧

洽谈区位于弧玻璃幕墙与楼梯之间，其后侧为后场服务区，在设计上虚实相间、空灵清逸。水磨实体墙与阳极氧化铝金属展示架间隔组合，通过三片不同方向的弧形墙围合成开放而又独立的空间。 Discuss the area lies between arc glass curtain wall and the stairs, the service area, back to back on the design of the actual situation and white, empty clear.
