Prahran住宅位于墨尔本东南内侧，本质上是一座建筑中的建筑。在仓库最初的立面后面，新的插入是对建筑起源的一种致意，并被重新诠释为一个野兽派风格的家。
Located in Melbourne’s inner south-east, Prahran House is, in essence, a building within a building. Behind the original façade of the warehouse that originally occupied the site, the new insertion is a nod to the origins of the building and is reinterpreted as a brutalist-inspired home.
Prahran House是前纺织工厂的完整转世，坐落在墨尔本市中心的心脏地带。
Prahran House is the complete reincarnation of a former textile factory, located in the heart of Melbourne city centre.

Inspired by Techne's industrial conference-housing design product portfolio, avid art collectors Andrew Penn and Kallie Blauhorn, with the help of a local company, turned their unconventional house into a two-story modern residence, prioritizing the city A collection of landscapes, outdoor living and vast space artworks.
保留原始的红砖外墙，Techne探索了 “建筑物内建筑物”的概念，其中艺术优先于建筑。
Retaining the original red brick exterior wall, Techne explored the concept of "building within a building" in which art takes precedence over architecture.
