项目位于广州荔湾，是一建筑面积为169平米的高层住宅，在需保留部分精装的前提下，重新规划住宅；整个空间以极简的设计语言，去繁就简，加入水泥与原木的自然元素，用轻巧简约的家具，让新与旧巧妙融合。

The project is located in Liwan, Guangzhou. It is a high-rise residential building with a construction area of 169 square meters. Under the premise of preserving part of the decoration, the residence is re-planned; the entire space uses a minimalist design language to remove the complexity and simplify it, adding natural elements of cement and logs , Use light and simple furniture to ingeniously blend the new and the old.

为了保证室内设计更为合理，将之前采光差的厨房墙体打掉做成了开放式厨房，进入室内，会看见岛台与厨房连接在一起，让原本狭长过道变得更为宽敞舒适，同时自然光也最大程度延伸到了厨房与过道。

沙发造型温润柔和，浑圆的设计不带一丝一毫的攻击感，旁边的小边几是木工用多余材料制作而成，小巧的身躯可以随意摆放,不拘放在哪里。

光影给宽敞的廊道营造出诗意般的宁静

公共区地面用微水泥覆盖原有的瓷砖，温暖的选色让水泥多了一份暖意，粗犷天然的柚木木皮在整体细腻材料中形成了强烈对比，在精致与粗糙的混搭之间，展现出一种充满岁月感的宁静气息。

橱柜一直延伸到餐厅，增加了西厨区域，墙体的铝质搁板是提前预埋在墙体里的，看起来比较轻盈，可承重力非常强，PH5与OTTAWA餐桌选择了白色配合了主色调，来自TON的椅子温暖舒适。营造一个柔和和温暖的氛围。

在营造这个极简空间时更注重温暖舒适，一体无缝的地面展现出简单而不失格调的生活态度，原木元素的清新淡雅，是艺术感与烟火气的融合。

无踢脚设计很大化的保留了墙地面之间的视觉反差

书房区域进行了抬高，平常可做为书房使用，偶尔来客可以在地台上铺上软垫，关上门拉上帘子，又是一个私密的空间，在这个空间中，整体上坚持“少即是多”的简约理念。

利用地台将睡眠区与衣帽间分隔开

风吹纱幔，颇有一丝静谧雅致之感，身处这样的环境中，即使在浮躁的心也会渐渐静下来

通过走廊来到了主卧，进入主卧设计了一个步入式衣帽间，简约的白色柜体储物空间非常强大，衣柜以挂衣为主，抽屉用来收纳可折叠衣物，分区域收纳，便于生活使用，走到尽头左手边是主卫，右手是睡眠区域，整个睡眠区域进行抬高，满足不同功能区域使用的场景感受，梳妆台与飘窗台合为一体，将木饰面进行包裹，灯光从床头延伸到了窗台。

主卫的整体材质与外部保持一致，微水泥上墙，地面铺水磨石地砖，中间利用固定的玻璃做为干湿分区的隔断，既不影响采光，也不影响美观，入墙式水龙头让洗漱台更为简洁。
