嘉．醴
醞釀一杯甘美醇厚的好酒泉水，
發酵需要專注，等待如同沉浸在時間的洗禮，
如此漫長繁瑣工法
只為等那耐人尋味的驚艷與層次分明的口感，
釀酒如此設計空間亦如此
這是一個講究形式的空間，具有『英式前衛』風格 卻也不想放棄如旅館『家』的舒適，在這空間我們試圖創造超越東、西方品味及價值觀的交匯，要具備沉穩與內斂的氣度，同時也要創造大器與貴氣的奢華，試圖將精品存留英式古典的優雅氣息，注重時尚也符合旅館的居住品質，讓空間變成主角，我們則像說書人般一一闡述這份古典精緻又大器的內涵，型塑出獨特空間文化型態。
為了從入門開始就讓人感到與眾不同與精品豪宅的氣度，加大的玄關口，門廳廊道給予兩人通行的視覺感受，逐步由清透溫潤的珍珠白往室內延伸到沉穩的咖啡金色調，兩側垂直線性訂製壁燈點綴入口儀式性走道空間，這樣的優雅利用複合媒材與訂製工法呈現莊重與優雅，完全展現過道空間該有的氣度風範，創造出屬於家的內部空間。
公共空間利用「田」字型的劃分，將玄關往客廳、餐廳到起居室，微調整使得綠意及陽光是恣意地在空間中流暢，再利用拉門、摺門套用在讓動線像一個圓的循環，這樣的流動對空間或是居住者來說是生生不息的，讓家的情感可以透過空間緊緊連繫，體現了人文的和諧。
精品的概念不是只停留在華麗的表象，細節上從英式古典講究嚴謹的對稱和比例出發，利用複合材質來表達古典與時尚的併存，讓視覺、觸覺、燈光氛圍達到各感官的鋪陳，豐富了整體內涵，同時共構許多舒適的角落。
Fine．Mellow
Brewing a glass of sweet mellow wine springs, fermentation need to focus, wait as immersed in the time of baptism. Such long and tedious work is interesting in only the stunning and layered taste. Brewing wine is same as the design space.

In order to have entry distinctive feeling of luxury and boutique tolerance, increase the port of entrance; foyer and corridors give two prevailing visual experience, and gradually extended from perfectly clear of the interior moist pearl white to golded coffee tone calm color, embellishment on both sides of the vertical linear.
