本项目地址位于洞头小门岛，毗邻海域，周围除几处工厂以外几乎荒无人烟。此项目空间安置在一个无人车间的厂房厂区，平时厂房工作为自动化的流水线工程，日常的厂区只需要有保安和技术人员控制机房所在，大部分时间是无人的状态。
The project site is located in Dongtou Xiaomen Island, adjacent to the sea, except for a few factories around almost deserted. This project space is located in an unmanned workshop factory area. Usually, the factory work is an automated assembly line project. The daily factory area only needs security and technical personnel to control the computer room, and most of the time it is unmanned.
设计本案的需求是因甲方希望在厂区内有被参观需要时，有一处可供落脚、办公的区域，而日常则作为一个无人展厅使用。
The need of this design case is because Party A hopes to have a place for staying and working when it is needed to be visited in the factory, and it is used as an unmanned exhibition hall in daily life.
为使建筑契合工业的特质，整体空间的材质选取更为纯粹：不设修饰的水泥墙面、裸露于天花的块状横梁，彰显出工业制造的原始与粗犷。
In order to make the building fit the characteristics of the industry, the material selection of the overall space is more pure: unmodified cement walls, exposed to the ceiling block beams, highlighting the original and rough industrial manufacturing.
而在看似粗粝的建筑外壳下，又点缀有精致而细腻的板饰，与悠久的工业历史碰撞汇聚，形成质与物的反差。
Under the seemingly rough architectural shell, there are exquisite and delicate panels, which collide and converge with the long industrial history, forming the contrast between quality and matter.
电镀雾化玻璃包裹住内部空间，形成半封闭的办公区域。方便沟通交流的同时，异质化的存在也带来了实用主义的美学观赏价值。而棱角分明的块状体量在建筑内部分裂出新的结构，面与面交叠穿插，嵌套的互动关系产生建筑元素之间的变形与位移，从而实现空间多重的层次解构。
Electroplated atomized glass wraps the interior space to form a semi-enclosed office area. While facilitating communication, the existence of heterogeneity also brings the aesthetic appreciation value of pragmatism. The angular block volume splits into a new structure inside the building, overlapping and interweaving with each other, and the nested interactive relationship generates deformation and displacement among architectural elements, thus realizing the multiple layers of spatial deconstruction.
空间围合的状态不仅表露结构的原始属性，亦催生人与空间的交互价值。”空间是无，场景是有。“来访者在行径畅通的的动线引领下，进入特性的场域，而作为商业的办公场所，简约明亮的环境，便是设计的初衷。隐于内部的形态，呈现出超现实的科幻印象。外与内的形象互通有无，赋予访者稳重沉静的双重感受。

物态随时间发生某种程度的嬗变，而我们希望建筑的状态是始终如一的，无论有无人的参与，空间依然有雕塑般的质感。因此，实体的建材在结构中发挥着无可替代的作用。
The state of things changes with time to a certain extent, and we hope that the state of the building is consistent, no matter there is no one involved, the space still has a sculptural quality. Therefore, the physical building materials play an irreplaceable role in the structure.
当混凝墙面结合水磨石地板，内部的工业肌理便自然生发，这是重塑空间秩序的过程，以稳定性强的材质代替易朽褪的颜料，流动之中依旧有稳定的内核。
When the concrete wall is combined with the terrazzo floor, the internal industrial texture will naturally grow, which is the process of reshaping the spatial order, replacing the easily faded pigments with stable materials, and there is still a stable core in the flow.
出于保留空间自有高度的想法，设计顺势而为，在内部置入合理的构造手法，保证基本办公面积的同时，引光入室，营造纯粹且清晰的空间气氛。
Out of the idea of preserving the height of the space, the design follows the trend, and puts a reasonable construction method into the interior to ensure the basic office area at the same time, introducing light into the house and creating a pure and clear space atmosphere.
空间打破了”为艺术而艺术“的束缚，转而采取包豪斯的功能性设计。艺术与工业技术相结合，极简的装修风格将看似单一的材质变得生动且富于涵养。作为一个展示性场所，内部丰富的体验流线，以及原始的工业气息，使整体成为一个新型业态。
The space breaks the shackles of "art for art's sake" and instead adopts Bauhaus functional design. Combining art and industrial technology, the minimalist decoration style turns the seemingly single material into a vivid and rich culture. As a display place, the rich experience flow inside, as well as the original industrial atmosphere, make the whole into a new type of business.
室内排线皆被隐于上层，空间布景干爽而明朗。游览其中，建筑的线条也成为一种引领，纵横的直线将整体切割为块状的分区，在交迭的错层空间中，形成连贯的展示渠道。
Interior lines are hidden in the upper level, the space scenery is dry and bright. During the tour, the lines of the building also become a guide, and the vertical and horizontal lines cut the whole into blocky partitions, forming a coherent display channel in the overlapping split-level space.
