Paolo Ferrari has designed a showroom for a new development in Ottawa, Canada, that looks more like a home than a sales gallery. The auction room was set up for a 34-acre (14-hectare) residential and commercial development in Ottawa, the Canadian capital. Called "Zibi House," the showroom is designed around a courtyard with glass walls that provide natural light inside. "We didn't want this project to feel like a sales gallery, we were more interested in creating a place that celebrates the ambitions of development in a visceral way," said the studio.
