Z Lab is an interior design studio based in Seoul, South Korea, founded in 2014 by founders Noh Kyung Rok, Park Jung Hyun and Lee Sang Muk. Z Lab is a design team that aims to create a communication based on place and space, and an emotional space that reflects the wishes and will of the individual. The studio had to strike a balance between personal desire and regional universality in terms of design and regional identity. In this case, they created a new experience through space and personalized lifestyle branding.
Jeju Lodge 森林小屋 在汉拿山的山坡上，郁郁葱葱的济州原生林中，有一座古老的山间小屋。只需眺望窗外就可以放松身心的这个空间，是为主人的茶道和冥想而设计的具有平静氛围的空间。这是一个专注于安静放松的空间，客人可以在那里感受汉拿山的雾气和茂密的森林。工作室利用玄武岩、雪松和土壤等济州自然的材料和粗糙质感的封顶材料，与周围的森林相融合。 On the slopes of Mount Halla, amid the lush jeju forests, is an old mountain cottage. This space, where you can relax just by looking out the window, is designed to create a calm atmosphere for the host's tea ceremony and meditation. It is a space dedicated to quiet relaxation, where guests can feel the mist of Mount Halla and the dense forest. The studio uses the natural materials of Jeju, such as basalt, cedar and soil, and the rough texture of the roof materials to blend with the surrounding forest.
Glimpse 栖息之地 Glimpse旅馆坐落在首尔市中心，周围有东大门服装城、体育馆以及写字楼等各种特点的地区。设计师表示并不是为了摆脱繁杂的城市噪音和日常生活而远走他乡，而是想在城市中心谁都不知道的秘密的地方建造一个能留下珍贵的人们和回忆的地方。Glimpse Hotel is located in central Seoul, surrounded by a variety of features, including the Dongdaemun Clothing Mall, a sports stadium and office buildings. The designer said that it is not to get away from the noise and daily life of the city, but to create a place where precious people and memories can be left in a secret place that no one knows about in the city center.

Breathe Hotel 海滩旅馆
Breathe Hotel坐落在韩国江原道的海滩冲浪中心，旨在让客人真正放松身心并体验这里的冲浪文化。一楼的大厅和接待区是当地人可以自由使用的空间，并考虑到开放性和通过打开前窗与外部空间的联系进行规划。休息室咖啡厅和酒吧位于与大厅相连的辅助设施中，冲浪店位于外部设施中，以连接文化体验。在二楼，为客人提供水疗和桑拿项目，并计划增加一个客人休息室。 Breathe Hotel is located in the heart of the beach surf in Gangwon Province, South Korea, and aims to allow guests to truly relax and experience the surf culture here. The lobby and reception area on the ground floor are Spaces that the locals can freely use and are planned with openness in mind and a connection to the external space by opening the front Windows. The lounge cafe and bar are located in the auxiliary facilities connected to the lobby, and the surf shop is located in the external facilities to connect the cultural experience. On the second floor, guests are offered a spa and sauna, with plans to add a guest lounge.
Breathe Hotel共有56间客房，设计为8种不同的类型。位于顶层的顶层公寓设有私人游泳池和桑拿浴室，可将竹岛海滩和仁济海滩尽收眼底。一般客房分为以放松为主题的Laid Back型和以冲浪文化为主题的Rise Up型，根据房间大小设计为最少4人至最多8人。在6楼，有一个可以进行远程工作的单元式房间，它将被客户积极用作专用的工作空间。
Breathe Hotel has a total of 56 rooms, designed in 8 different types. The penthouse on the top floor has a private pool and sauna with panoramic views of Takeshima beach and Inje Beach. Generally, the guest rooms are divided into laid-back and Rise Up rooms with a theme of surfing culture. The rooms are designed for at least four to Up to eight people, depending on the size of the room. On the 6th floor, there is a unit room for remote work, which will be actively used by the client as a dedicated work space.
