BABYLON位于澳洲新南威尔士州Rouse Hill，332套住房由标准公寓和联排别墅构成。项目建筑群统一白色的外立面呈现视觉的整体性，营造纯净、宁静的氛。建筑的围护结构采用了穿孔筛网，增添外立面的装饰感的同时，使得内外空间能够相互渗透。在建筑之下引入的梯田设计适应了项目位置的坡度以及位于项目北端的城市边缘梯田。 BABYLON is located in Rouse Hill, New South Wales, Australia. 332 houses consist of standard apartments and townhouses. The uniform white facade of the project buildings presents visual integrity, creating a pure and tranquil atmosphere. Perforated screens are used in the building's enclosure structure, which adds a sense of decoration to the facade and enables the internal and external spaces to penetrate each other. The terrace design introduced under the building adapts to the slope of the project location and the urban fringe terraces located at the northern end of the project.

The garden landscape design is inspired by the ancient Babylonian courtyards, extending both horizontally and vertically, with well-maintained green plants and slender waterways, fountain streams, and pavilions. The sun sprinkled a patch of mottled, forming a tranquil sanctuary with the lush green space, establishing a connection between life and the natural environment.

BABYLON销售画廊内设有一个咖啡厅，设计同样是由Rothelowman负责，。室内呼应项目建筑整体外观，采用白色调色板，长条木制地板铺满整个空间，并放置多株绿植与藤椅，清新自然，并在墙面悬着大幅宣传画报。 There is a coffee shop in the BABYLON sales gallery, and the design is also in charge of Rothelowman. The interior echoes the overall appearance of the project building, using a white color palette, long wooden floors covering the entire space, and placing a number of green plants and wicker chairs, fresh and natural, and large publicity posters hung on the walls.
