Bulgogi（불고기）是韩国的一道传统菜，通常用牛肉或猪肉经过腌制和烧烤而成，口味鲜美，仪式感十足。BR-Bulgogi韩式烧烤店是BACKROAD品牌继一期开业后的二期餐饮，自此BACKROAD形成了集户外产品+咖啡汉堡+烤肉酒吧的一体化独特业态。
Bulgogi (불고기), a traditional Korean dish of beef or pork marinated and grilled, is flavorful and ceremonial. The BR-Bulgogi Korean Barbecue restaurant is the second phase of the BACKROAD brand after the opening of the first phase. 老厂房的修旧如旧
Repairing the old as the old
BR-Bulgogi坐落于长河老街的老厂区里。早在吴越时期，长河就有村落，南宋时期形成自然镇，明代形成“丁”字型的槐街和泽街格局。 时至今日，长河开展了历史文化街区的保护开发工作，原有的老厂房也都变身为园区，散发新活力。
BR-Bulgogi is located in the old factory area of Changhe Old Street. As early as the Wuyue period, there were villages, in the Southern Song Dynasty formed a natural town, and the Ming Dynasty formed a “Ding” -shaped pattern of Huai Street and Ze Street. Today, Changhe has carried out the protection and development of historical and cultural blocks, and the original old factories have been transformed into parks, emitting new vitality.

餐厅室内空间采用了“修旧如旧”的设计手法，顶部原为江南特色的竹编材质，对破旧不堪的部分进行了修补，绝大部分相对完善的都被一一保留。同时在顶部加开一道天窗，用不对称来增加空间的灵动性，也增加了采光。顶部的梁柱，改造中保留了原有水泥人字梁，同时增加了不锈钢横梁，既不破坏美观度，又增加了建筑的安全与稳固。
The interior space of the BR-bulgogi restaurant adopts the design technique of “repairing the old as the old”. The top is originally made of bamboo woven materials with Jiangnan characteristics, and the dilapidated parts are repaired, and most of the relatively perfect ones are retained one by one. At the same time, a skylight is added at the top to increase the flexibility of the space with asymmetry, and also increase the lighting. At the top of the beam column, the original cement herringbone beam is retained in the transformation, while the stainless steel beam is added, which does not damage the aesthetics, but also increases the safety and stability of the building.

厂房屋顶的瓦片因为年久失修，破碎漏雨。改造中想方设法寻得同色系的老瓦片，整体翻新防水，重新铺就，既保留了老建筑的风味，又确保了新时代的功能需求，防水防晒安全使用。
The tiles on the roof of the factory are broken and leaking because lack of disrepair. In the transformation, we tried to find the same color of the old tiles, the overall renovation of waterproof, re-paved, not only to retain the flavor of the old building, but also to ensure the functional needs of the new era, waterproof and sunscreen safe use.

少即是多，用打开的手法改造空间
less is more, with the open method to transform the space
老厂房在工厂时期搭建了许多工棚用以增加面积，杂乱且不安全。设计中，拆除了原有工棚，重新增加廊桥并加固，同时结合绿植景观，将自然光引入室内，既改善了工棚原本采光不足的弊端，又确保了雨天通行的舒适度，而新建的廊桥露台又恰好连通了一期户外零售区，方便动线的抵达。
The old factory had built many sheds to increase the area during the factory period, which was messy and unsafe. In the design, the original shed was demolished, and the covered bridge was added and reinforced. At the same time, the natural light was introduced into the room in combination with the green landscape, which not only improved the shortcomings of the original shed, but also ensured the comfort of passing in rainy days. The new covered bridge terrace also connects with the outdoor retail area of the first phase to facilitate the arrival of the moving line.

黄与黑的主基调
The main tone is yellow and black
空间基调采用了“黄与黑”的色调搭配，墙面采用夯土颜色的肌理墙面，地面采用黑色的水磨石，局部嵌入老石板，而这些老石板正是建筑加固时从房屋地下挖出来的老石料，物尽其用。
The tone of the space adopts a “yellow and black” color collocation, the wall adopts the texture of rammed earth color, the ground adopts black terrazzo, and the old stone is partially embedded, and these old stones are excavated from the underground of the house when the building is reinforced.

除大厅外，餐厅设有4个包厢，可分可合，满足不同人群聚餐需求。餐厅可以同时承载80位客人的用餐。
In addition to the hall, the restaurant has 4 boxes, which can be divided and combined to meet the needs of different groups of people. The restaurant can accommodate up to 80 guests at a time.

BR-Bulgogi二楼是精酿吧BR CraftBrew，优选了全国精酿啤酒厂牌，将近20款的酒头提供不同风味的新鲜啤酒。
On the second floor of BR-Bulgogi is the craft beer bar BR CraftBrew, which selects the national craft beer brands, and offers nearly 20 varieties of fresh beer with different flavors.
