项目位于上海市静安区，类型为叠加别墅，249㎡的面积刚刚好，但空间划分比较零碎。1）很多堵不合时宜的墙分割了房间，导致房间不能得到最大程度的使用；2）家里有两个调皮的女儿，父母希望在不打扰的情况下，能很好的照顾到她们，所以希望空间尽可能的通透。设计师在实地考察，了解客户需求后，进行了针对性改造，希望家可以成为舒适的港湾。
The project is located in Jing ‘an District, Shanghai. It’s a superimposed villa. 249 m2 is just the right size, but the space is fragmented. Rooms can not be used to the maximum extent because many inappropriate walls divide the room. Since the client has two naughty daughters, the parents want to take good care of them without disturbing them, so they want the space to be as transparent as possible. After the on-the-spot investigation and the understanding customer demand, the designer has carried on the pertinence transformation, hoped that the home may become the comfortable harbor.

感受-自然-空间
Feel the natural space
HT DESIGN STUDIO秉承感受空间，尊重自然的理念。一如Vincent Van Duysen所说，“我曾经非常渴望进入一种平衡状态，让作为建筑师的我能够从容处理空间和光线，然后使用美丽、天然的材料创造出充满人情味的作品。”
用宁静的方式抒写空间秩序，以抽离的情绪从容的描绘时间。
对一楼空间重新划分区域：拆除所有阻隔视线的墙壁，让整个一楼尽可能的开放。
HT DESIGN STUDIO upholds the concept of feeling space and respecting nature. As Vincent Van Duysen said, “I was very keen to get into a balance where as an architect I was able to take the space and the light in stride, and then use beautiful, natural materials to create works with a human touch.”
To express the order of space in a quiet way, describe time with detachment.
Rezoning the space: remove all the walls that block the view, leaving the entire ground floor as open as possible.

“延伸我们感官的界限，在全新的世界里获得自由。”
设计师通过对场地进行解读，使用Vincent Van Duysen的方式化繁为简，把空间多余的装饰删除到最原始的本质，诠释地域和空间美学之间丝丝入扣的关联性。在这个一楼最大的功能区——起居室，右侧整片的落地窗将室内外连接，阳光悠悠扬扬踱进室内，用光影演绎出温暖的情绪，进而构建出秩序。
“To extend the boundaries of our senses, to be free in a whole new world.”
By interpreting the site, the designer minimizes complexity using the approach of Vincent Van Duysen. The superfluous decoration of space is deleted to its original essence, thus explaining the tight connection between region and space aesthetics. The entire floor to ceiling windows on the right side of the ground floor living room connect the interior to the exterior. The sun strolled into the room. With the light and shadow deducts the warm emotion, then constructs the order.

这里被规制成一场敬献生活的仪式。
藤编的椅子，拥有弧度优美的曲线，静静的诉说着历经锤炼后的沉淀。午后坐卧在棕色沙发上，捧一本喜欢的书籍，猫咪慵懒的伸着懒腰，当真是生活如诗。拆除原本阻隔的墙壁后，吧台与起居室成为一个整体，旁边姿态婆娑的树枝悄悄的探出头，成为客厅和吧台的完美过渡。
It’s regulated as a tribute to life.
The chair of Cany weaves has the curve of radian grace, silently narrate the precipitation after the experience is tempered. The Lady of the house sat on the brown sofa in the afternoon, holding a favorite book, and the cat stretched lazily beside her. Life is a poem. After the removal of the original barrier wall, the bar and living room into a whole. Side pose whirling branches quietly out of the head, become the living room and the bar of the perfect transition.

而黑色大理石吧台显出了它自然的纹理质感，厚重而高冷，背后同色系收纳格恰到好处的与之交融。
楼梯是设计的重点，贯穿了三层空间，镂空式设计暗合了开放的理念，表达出深远的意境，人行其中仿佛找到了与建筑对话的入口。
The black marble bar shows its natural texture, heavy and cold. The same color behind the inclusion grid just the right blend with it.
The stairs are the focus of the design. It runs through three levels of space. The hollow-out design coincides with the open idea and expresses the far-reaching artistic conception. It is as if the pedestrian has found a way to talk to the building.

“让它与使用者有所互动，人才会被打动，然后才是欣赏。”
生活就是这样，女主人在亲自挑选艺术挂画的过程中，感受建筑的语言，从而决定了空间的整体情绪。
“Let it interact with the user, and then people will be moved, and then people will appreciate it.”
That’s the way life is. In the process of selecting the art hanging picture, the hostess feels the language of the building, which decides the whole mood of the space.

“四季更迭，光影变幻，不变的是空间蕴藏的真实情感”
对二楼空间重新划分区域：
1）将最南边的房间合并成一个大的主卧，拆除中间阻隔的墙壁，重新分割出一个长条形衣帽间；
2）将中间部分右边的房间分割成两个卫生间，分别隶属于主卧和次卧；
3）将最北边多余的墙壁拆除，分割成两个儿童房。
“The seasons change, the light changes, and what remains constant is the true emotion of space.”
Rezoning of the second floor space:
1) merge the southernmost room into a large master bedroom. Remove the middle wall and re-create a strip cloakroom;
2) the right side of the middle part of the room is divided into two bathrooms, which are subordinate to the master bedroom and the second bedroom;
3) remove the extra north most wall and divide it into two children’s rooms.

设计在生活中体现，艺术从空间流淌
Design is embodied in life, and art flows from space
主卧床背墙将空间分割，洗漱区隐藏在背后，流畅的线条构成了空间的最初印象。而在我们看不见的右方是主人的衣帽间，细长的体积，幽雅隐秘。这些通透明亮的氛围，将纯粹的物质能量赋予了重量，一如Vincent总是用材料本身的质地代替多余的装饰。阳光、沙发、茶几、绿植，汇成了开阔的柔和之地。通透的落地窗打开了人与自然的通道，既承接空间又衔接心境。
The back wall of the master bed divides the space and conceals the washroom behind it. Smooth lines form the initial impression of the space. And in the right side that we can not see is the owner’s cloakroom, slender volume, elegant and secret. These transparent and bright atmospheres give weight to pure physical energy, just as Vincent always used the texture of the material itself instead of excess decoration. Sunshine, Sofa, tea table, greenery, confluent became open and downy place. Transparent floor-to-ceiling windows open the passage between man and nature, both to accept the space and link up the state of mind.

在看似平平无奇的深灰色实木柜后隐藏着一个工作桌，拉开柜门，桌椅随之展开，充满了意趣，没有一丝多余。
大面积的墙饰挂画，仿佛想将墙面装点成一件大型的艺术品，充满温和的气质。
而如水墨般漆黑的整片人造石悬挂此处，创造出一种充满生命力的存在方式。
You need surprises in life. Architecture is the same.
Behind a dark gray solid wood cabinet that looks unremarkable is a hidden work desk. Open the cabinet door and spread out the tables and chairs. Full of interest, not a trace of redundancy.
Large areas of wall hanging pictures, as if to decorate the wall into a large-scale works of art, full of gentle temperament.
The whole artificial stone, as black as ink, is suspended here, creating a way of being that is full of life.

“真正的奢华是空间、光影和结构韵律表现所营造的优雅氛围”
对地下室空间重新划分区域：保留储藏室的墙壁，拆除多余的墙壁，将剩余的空间分割出一个入户的衣帽间和一个只属于女主人的闺蜜空间。
“The real luxury is the elegance of the space, the light and the structural rhythm.”
Rezoning of Basement Space: Remove the excess walls from the storage room and divide the remaining space into an in-house cloakroom and a girl’s room that belongs only to the mistress.

天花、墙壁使用同一种质感的艺术漆处理，创造一个全方位包裹、洞穴般的空间感受。
而时间、光线都是设计的精心设定，阳光从天窗倾泻而下，宁静幽雅便铺陈开来。在这个专属空间，与闺中好友嬉笑密谈，感受一片岁月静好。
The ceiling and the walls are treated with the same kind of texture art paint, creating an all-round, cave-like feeling of the space.
Time and light are carefully designed. The sun poured down from the skylight, quiet and elegant then spread out. In this exclusive space and boudoir friends chat, feel a good years of quiet.
