在打造绿城 · 春来晓园售楼展厅的过程中，我们希望创造一个多元的社交场所，从人们日常、健康、娱乐、文化及艺术的生活场景中抽取主题元素，希望通过多个能引导居民在日常中主动交流共享的场景，来延伸家的生活半径。

项目位于济南市雪山片区，距离城市CBD片区，高新区较近，属于城市主发展轴上的价值高地，紧邻地铁R2线，周边十公里范围内集聚了180万相关产业人口。
The project is located in the Xueshanarea of Jinan City, close to the CBD area and the high-tech zone. It is ahigh-value land on the main development axis of the city. It is close to thesubway R2 line and has a population of 1.8 million related industries within 10kilometers.
“漂浮岛屿” 未来社区 "Floating Island" Community
济南，三面环山，一面环水，遍地清泉，水陆萦绕。室内设计的风格从空间造型的构造到灯光的处理，再到家具饰品和色彩肌理的选择，设计师采用了诸多对立的元素：光与影、明与暗、曲与直、光滑与粗粝等多种对比来展现空间的深度和层次感，创造舒适且富有美感的体验空间。
Jinan is surrounded by mountains on threesides, water on one side, clear springs everywhere, and lingering water andland. The style of interior design ranges from the structure of the space tothe treatment of lighting, to the choice of furniture accessories and colortexture. The designer uses many opposing elements: light and shadow, light anddark, curved and straight, smooth and rough, etc. Contrast to show the depthand layering of the space, create a comfortable and beautiful experience space.
步入前厅，视线随着空间的曲线和光感徜徉在水的韵律中，呈现“蜿蜒，柔美，光泽，轻盈”的层次感。
Stepping into the front hall, the line ofsight wanders in the rhythm of water following the curve of space and light,presenting a layered sense of "snaking, soft, shiny, and light".
沙盘区宛如停靠在水波上的船，在蜿蜒的天花曲线下烘托出一片家的“岛屿”。
The sand board area is like a boat dockedon the waves, setting off an "island" of home under the windingceiling curve.
景观楼梯通向二层，如起伏蜿蜒的天梯，线条流畅地盘旋而上，创造连绵不断的视觉感受。吊灯装置从天而降，与地面的水景装置构成非同一般的景观。
The landscape staircase leads to the secondfloor, like an undulating and winding ladder, with smooth lines spiralingupwards, creating a continuous visual experience. The chandelier devicedescends from the sky, forming an extraordinary landscape with the waterfeature on the ground.
洽谈区持开放态度的大面积玻璃窗将建筑外部自然景观导入，明快的浅色石材搭配中性色为主的家具，点缀其中的金属饰品则进一步加强了空间的趣味性。
The large-scale glass windows with an openattitude in the negotiation area lead into the natural landscape of thebuilding. The bright light-colored stone is matched with neutral-coloredfurniture, and the metal ornaments embellish it further enhance the interest ofthe space.
水吧区以垩灰色水云沙石作主基调，通过与灰色石材饰面和古铜色金属酒柜的搭配，营造出既具自然情境又存现代精致的休闲空间。
The water bar area uses chalky gray watercloud sandstone as the main tone. Through the combination of gray stone veneerand bronze metal wine cabinet, it creates a leisure space that is both naturaland modern.
阅读区延续了曲线的元素，结合金属与色彩的运用，创造不断变化的视觉感。作为一个提供阅读与休憩的空间，也适宜陪伴孩童度过悠闲的互动时光。
The reading area continues the elements of the curve,combined with the use of metal and color, to create a constantly changingvisual sense. As a space for reading and rest, it is also suitable for spendingleisurely interactive time with children.
