Rathmor is a concept luxury housing project designed by Adam Jordan, located in Water Mill, a suburb of New York, USA. Situated on a verdant site, this minimalist concrete residence offers a sense of independence from the hustle and bustle of the city. The interior is a quiet contemplative retreat without excessive color or decoration. The designer created an Oriental Japanese-style atmosphere, accompanied by the artistic conception of the natural landscape outside the window, the whole living environment instantly makes time stop.

This home overlooking the Three Mile Seaport in East Hampton, New York, sits on a coveted shoreline. Adam Jordan designed this house to look like a dark and moody land. Inside, dark colours, natural materials and rich textures are revealed in soft light. The house is primarily open to sea views, while being surrounded by a courtyard that allows views of the harbour from almost every location of the house.
