据哲学家奥斯瓦尔德 · 斯宾格勒（Oswald Arnold Gottfried Spengler) 的理论，"我们现代的空间概念是紧接着哥特和巴洛克之后进化出来的。现代的空间概念将室内和室外联系起来看待，比起以前的观点，现代的空间概念认为室内空间和室外空间并不是渭泾分明的，而是互相之间存在紧密的联系。” According to the philosopher Oswald Arnold Gottfried Spengler, "Our modern concept of space evolved after Gothic and Baroque. The modern concept of space connects indoor and outdoor space. Compared with the previous view, the modern concept of space thinks that the interior space and the outdoor space are not distinct, but are closely related to each other."
这一大平层户型便将外置观景台与客厅紧密结合，模糊了社区园林与室内的界限，创造出室内外相互交融，富有动态的布局。 This large flatcombines the external viewing platform with the living room, blurs the boundary between the community garden and the interior space, and creates a dynamic layout in which the interior and exterior interact.
Poliform 沙发、茶几、休闲椅 Flos 钓鱼灯,1962年
客餐厅采用一体化设计，UM选用了蒙德里安（Mondrian）沙发，它的设计师让 ·玛利 ·玛颂（Jean-Marie Massaud）忠于直觉，追求简洁、简化和轻巧的设计理念，以靠垫、坐垫、扶手以及木质靠背和隔板等多种配件元素自由的组合，突出了轻巧和精致。专为当代客厅打造，带给居住者轻松、悠闲的环境与内心的宁静。 Living room and dining room adopts integrated design, UM selects Mondrian sofa, and its designer Jean Marie Massaud is loyal to intuition and pursues the design concept of simplicity and lightness. It highlights the lightness and delicacy with the free combination of cushion, armrest, wooden back and partition. It is specially designed for the contemporary living room, bringing the residents a relaxed, leisurely environment and inner peace.
厘芈：通透感玻璃边柜
石材和橘色亮光烤漆茶几的组合轻巧优雅，橘色马鞍皮可旋转休闲椅，便于客厅与餐厅的互动。而旁边的钓鱼灯像条抛物线，点亮客厅氛围。 The combination of stone and orange bright lacquer tea table is light and elegant. The rotate leisure chair with orange saddle leather could facilitate the interaction between living room and dining room. And the fishing lamp next to it is like a parabola, lighting up the atmosphere of the living room.
Poliform 餐桌 CHIC 餐椅 客餐厅的分割采用玻璃边柜，打破传统客厅一定放电视柜的形式，让“家”回归于住宅，重心最终汇聚到客厅。 The partition between the living room and the dining room adopts glass side cabinet, breaking the form that living room must put TV cabinet, let "home" return to the residence, the core finally converges to the living room.
餐桌由卡拉卡塔大理石（Calacatta Oro）和横纹核桃木组成，简约优雅。吊灯的几何概念搭配蜿蜒向上的线条，极具美感与张力。桌上橘色的花瓶则与客厅的橘色点缀相呼应。 The dining table is made of Calacatta oro and Cross grain walnut, simple and elegant. The geometric concept of chandelier is combined with the winding upward lines, which is of great sense of beauty and tension. The orange vases on the table correspond with the orange ornaments in the living room.

值得一提的是，餐厅挂画是日本艺术家千住博（Hiroshi Senju）的瀑布系列作品之一。

厨房为1+1模式，即传统封闭式中厨+开放式西厨，将室内空间由原先的受限制中解放出来。”开放的布局使室内更具延展性，墙壁只是作为一种工具出现，而不是像之前的巴洛克时期墙体仅仅是为了实现自身而已。“厨房中岛的设计，使得空间具备动线的洄游性。 The kitchen is a "1 + 1" mode, that combines the traditional closed Chinese kitchen and the open western kitchen together, which liberates the interior space from the original restrictions. 李玮珉将主卧套房做了经典顶面墙面一体的硬包分割设计，皮布结合的床，大的转角落地窗，米色系窗帘和灰色硬包结合，打造温馨舒适居住空间，上下灯带增加了空间的灯光氛围感。 Li Weimin has made a classic hard package partition design of the top and wall of the master bedroom suite. The bed combined with large Corner French window, beige curtain and gray hard bag to create a warm and comfortable living space. The upper and lower light belts increase the light atmosphere of the space.
厘芈 挂墙电视柜 BoConcept 单人位
在床尾的休息区，配了优雅的床尾凳或休闲椅，可以在睡前与亲人对坐谈天，让每一个家庭成员无论身在何处，都能感受到与彼此的亲密无间。 The rest area at the end of the bed is equipped with elegant bed stool or leisure chair. You can sit and talk with relatives before going to bed, so that every family member can feel the close relationship with each other no matter where they are.

男生房突出了布艺、玻璃、皮革、金属等不同材质的碰撞。旁边的展示柜可放置潮玩收藏，深咖、酒红、墨绿色画与素雅白色壁布墙面产生对比，更显质感。 Boys room highlights the cloth, glass, leather, metal and other different materials collision. Next to the display cabinet can be placed Lifestyle Toys collection, dark coffee, wine red, dark green painting and plain white wall cloth wall to produce a contrast, highlight the texture.

女生房色彩清新淡雅，浅米色圈绒布艺床、圆形灯饰、肉粉色肌理雕刻画与女性的柔美相辅相成。 The color of the girls' room is fresh and elegant. The light beige circle velvet bed, round lighting, flesh pink texture painting complement with women's softness.
