Jono Fleming和Strutt Studios对母亲Tracy的顶层公寓进行了翻新改造，Tracy花了很多时间寻找退休的理想地点，他们在这个中立湾的顶层公寓中找到了。 Jono Fleming and Strutt Studios renovated their mother Tracy’s penthouse. Tracy spent a lot of time looking for the ideal place to retire. They found it in this neutral bay penthouse.
Tracy喜欢公寓的大小，当然也很喜欢从一开始就可以欣赏整个悉尼海港的景色，但是Jono Fleming和Strutt Studios需要做大量的工作才能更新陈旧的内饰。Tracy likes the size of the apartment and of course enjoys the view of Sydney Harbour from the beginning, but Jono Fleming and Strutt Studios need to do a lot of work to update the old interior.
