Make the mood of going home more comfortable and natural, make the life full of exquisite ceremony sense, the fusion of fashion and texture life, the bright natural light, and the beautiful tone, render the simple and quiet space breath, complement with the fashion and simple furnishings, expressing a simple yet stylish state of life.
让回家的心情更加舒适自然，使生活充满精致的仪式感，时尚与质感生活的融合，明亮的自然光，和美的色调，渲染素雅宁静的空间气息，辅以时尚简洁的陈设，表达出简单而不失格调的生活状态。
项目建筑占地约210平米，南北双花园。建筑北面为车库和入户花园，南面是浅水池和景观花园。设计师花了很大的精力在项目的园林景观构造上，他认为居住的体验感和舒适度很大程度上来自整体环境的印像，良好的景观环境能够极大的提升项目的品质和业主的居住体验，因此设计师通过植物的搭配，景观的构建和水体的营造，让建筑，室内和整体的环境形成良好的互动关系，让家被植物所环绕，让业主与自然的绿植、空气和水产生亲密的接触，从而实现人与环境的良性互动。设计充分考虑了宁波的独特气候条件，首先在建筑设计上沿袭了本地常用的坡屋顶的构造，以适应南方多雨的气候；其次在采光通风方面采用南大窗，北小窗的设计；第三在窗体细节上南面一楼的大落地窗采用分隔式设计，中间有墙体分隔而不是整面的玻璃窗，二楼采用凹陷式设计，在保证有自然采光和良好视野的基础上，限制夏日酷暑期的进光量，减少室内的能耗，提高室内的舒适度。另外凹陷式的窗体设计也起到了更好的遮雨效果。
房子共有两层，一层主要是公共活动区，包括车库、入户花园，露台，餐厅、厨房，会客厅，休闲厅，景观庭院，以及为了安全考虑放在一楼的父母卧室；二层则是主卧、书房和客房等休息区。
从北门进入室内，走过一条充满仪式感的长廊来到客厅。朝南的落地窗呈对称的序列式布局，窗和柱子之间相互间隔，让空间立面的视线变得更加丰富。窗外怡人的景致环抱着蓝色的露天水池，水池一侧设有休息区，一台火炉，两排沙发，陪伴着家人度过夏夜与春秋。

The designer has done an interspersed design between the dining room and the kitchen, the top of the kitchen and the floor of the material is very elegant. The ceiling of the restaurant has done some modular geometric design, simple graphics combined into a rich visual effect. The dining room has a strong storage function, with simple materials, with simple colors, but when the warm sunlight poured into the room, it will be filled with relaxed, free, comfortable space atmosphere.
客厅西侧是餐厅和厨房，厨房外还有一个温馨的木制小露台，提供一个休憩，喝茶闲聊的空间。设计师在餐厅和厨房之间做了一个穿插型的设计，厨房的顶面和地面的用材非常考究。餐厅的吊顶则做了一些模块化的几何设计，简单的图形组合成了丰富的视觉效果。餐厅有很强大的收纳功能，用材质朴，用色朴素，但是当暖暖的阳光涌入室内，这里就会弥漫着轻松、自在、舒适的空间气氛。

Go around the fireplace on the east side of the living room to the lounge, where you can take a nap on the lounge chair, read a book, have a cup of coffee, or spend the afternoon chatting with friends. The decorator has designed a mask-shaped wall hanging decoration to record this special moment.
绕过客厅东侧的壁炉来到休闲厅，在这里，你可以在躺椅上睡个午觉，也可以看看书，喝点咖啡，或者和朋友聊上一下午。装饰方面设计师别出心裁的设计了一个口罩造型的壁挂装饰，记录当下这个特殊的时刻。
Open space, soft color, natural materials, simple decoration, comfortable furniture... the whole space with simple materials to create a close to the heart of the natural beauty, in the sun presents a different soft and texture, wrap your life in happiness and joy.
开放的空间、柔润的色调、自然的材质，简约的装饰，舒适的家具……整个空间用质朴的材质营造着一种贴近内心的自然美感，在阳光下呈现出别样的柔软和质感，让生活包裹在幸福和喜悦之中。
The first floor bedroom is connected to the entry garden, and the door opens to the fresh air and beautiful greenery. Irregular circular holes are arranged on the top of the space, which conceal the lighting lamp. The design of visible light and invisible light makes the space more artistic and comfortable. The position of Armoire Ark Shifts to the position of bedback, became excellent adornment background, also make the space whole more concise and transparent.
一楼卧室连着入户花园，开门就是清新的空气和美好的绿意。空间顶部分布着不规则的圆孔，将照明用灯隐藏其中。见光不见灯的设计，让空间更具艺术性和舒适感。大衣柜位置转移到床背位置，成为了绝佳的装饰背景，也使得空间整体更加简洁通透。

对于本案的业主来说，“居于乡间，隐于大野，往来佳朋，满目风光”就是他理想中家的样子。虽然在城市工作，但当事业稳定之后，修缮自己在北仑的老家，让自己有一个放下忙碌，能够和家人朋友一起聚会的房子，成为了他一直想做得事情。经过慎重地考虑，金元门设计公司接手了这个项目。
项目原建筑因为修建时间较早，所以设计师以当地气候、光照和温度为依据，以人的舒适性和生活习惯为出发点，充分利用周边的环境和设计的自由度，重新规划了整个项目的建筑和景观。这个原先老旧的农村自建房，摇身一变，成为了集自然与奢适为一体的乡间美墅。
