由秩合予美室内设计操刀的水合面包，坐落于重庆融景城莺花巷社区一转角处，周围是密集的社区住宅、文创街和学校。 The hydrated bread, designed by Cheho Yumei Interior Design, is located at the corner of Yinghua Lane community in Rongjing City, Chongqing, surrounded by a dense community of residential, cultural and creative streets and schools.

建筑通过可视化处理激发人们的好奇心和探索欲望，原木与粗粒的水泥组合，寻找建筑与自然友好的关系，采用简洁纯粹的手法探索品牌内核，围合起街区转角处的惊喜，为社区注入活力。The building inspires people's curiosity and desire to explore through visual treatment, the combination of logs and coarse-grained cement, looking for a friendly relationship between architecture and nature. The design uses a simple and pure approach to explore the core of the brand, enclosing the surprises at the corner of the block and injecting vitality into the community.
好的面包制作工艺复杂，需要发酵、揉捏、研磨、切割和分层等过程，水合也是制作面包过程中的一个重要环节，也是品牌名称的来源。The process of making good bread is complex, requiring fermentation, kneading, grinding, cutting and layering, and hydration is also an important part of the process of making bread, which is also the source of the brand name.
室内设计由“健康、品质”的品牌理念为出发，营造温暖朴、质朴的空间氛围，以表达食物与设计带来的温度。The interior design is based on the brand concept of "health, quality", creating a warm and simple space atmosphere to express the temperature brought by food and design.
空间设计遵循品牌初衷，以可持续使用的天然材料“木”作为核心材料，结合混凝土隐喻凝聚力，用有限的材料表达品牌内核。The space design follows the original intention of the brand, with sustainable use of natural material "wood" as the core material, combined with concrete metaphorical cohesion, using limited materials to express the core of the brand.
木材广泛使用进一步增强友好的氛围，不规则的纹理真实而朴质，赋予轻快韵律。The extensive use of wood further enhances the friendly atmosphere, and the irregular grain is true and simple, giving a brisk rhythm.
室内无矫饰，主体交给面包，一切材料都是为产品作服务，从而刺激来者的五感。There are no frills in the room, the main body is handed over to the bread, and all materials are used to serve the product, thus stimulating the five senses of the visitor.
通透敞亮的格局迎来阳光，绿植在墙角自成一派，自然的物质性和有机的材料渲染着轻松柔和的气息。清风入室，面包的香气让美好无限延伸，靠窗而坐，“人”成为主角，构筑起丰富的体验层次。 The transparent and bright pattern ushered in the sun, the green plants in the corner of the wall, the natural materiality and organic materials render a relaxed and soft atmosphere. The breeze enters the house, the fragrance of bread makes the beauty extend infinitely, and the design builds a rich level of experience.
如何让空间更有灵动趣味，设计在空间也埋下一些供顾客慢慢发现的品牌线索。How to make the space more lively and interesting, the design also buried some brand clues for customers to slowly discover in the space.
在细部处理上，保持着一致关联，地面简单粗犷的质感与木材纹理形成呼应，强调原始质朴的触感，气韵自由舒展。In the details of the treatment, maintain consistent correlation. The simple and rough texture of the ground echoes the wood texture, emphasizing the original and rustic touch, and the design increases from every detail to make the visual and experience more delicate.
有机的空间设计让品牌调性呼之欲出，随着四季变化，面包店与社区形成有机的整体，成为人与人之间社交的纽带，相互共存，有序生长。
The organic space design brings out the tonality of the brand. With the change of the four seasons, the bakery and the community form an organic whole, becoming a social bond between people, co-existing with each other and growing in an orderly way.
