Adam Kane Architects designed a structure that directs sight to the surrounding lush landscape, including the botanical garden immediately behind the site.

Walnut House is located in the rural enclave of Daylesford, imagined as an idyllic haven away from the city. A perfect weekend retreat, the resulting residence is infused with a deep-rooted sense of calm through thoughtful restraint of all elements. From ascending the front steps to passing through the oversized frameless glass pivot front door, there is a sense of transportation—a gateway to another place of intoxicating tranquility and tranquility.
