拙人营造--亨利接待处
项目是亨利（亨利环保科技集团）委托拙人设计的一个接待处。共计1000平，分为3层，今日分享的是其中一层350平方。这次的项目分享的依旧是：拙人从策划，设计，施工，采购，软装陈设一直到交付全过程。
The project is Henley（Henley Environmental Technology Group) commissioned zmake to design a reception area. A total of 1000 square meters, divided into three layers. Today's share is a layer of 350 square meters, and this project is still shared as follows:ZMAKE covers the whole process from planning, design, construction, procurement, soft furnishings to delivery.
外地的远程EPC也给我们带来了新的挑战，这次项目交付我们又做了一点点小升级，主要有四个方面。第一、为了方便业主后期使用和维护，我们首次制作了空间使用手册；第二、我们为空间提供了专属音乐，香味，以及小型定制标识；第三、交付时，我们还搭配棉签，梳子，护手霜，湿纸巾，方便业主使用；第四、我们为业主提供了茶具，以及用餐餐具，包括餐垫，水杯，以及纸巾。
Remote EPC in the field also presents new challenges for us, We've made a few minor upgrades for this project delivery. First,
In order to facilitate the owner's later use and maintenance, we made a space manual for the first time. Second, we provide exclusive music, fragrance, and small custom logo for the space. Third, when delivered, we also match cotton swabs, combs, hand cream, wet tissue, convenient for the owner to use. Forth, we provide the owners with tea sets, as well as dining utensils, including placemats, water cups, and paper towels.
在EPC理念上，我们依旧把亨利接待处理解为一个好用好看的接待产品，在产品的时间，成本，目标效果这三个维度的限制条件下去实现落地的。
In the EPC concept, we still think of the Henley Reception as a good looking reception product. Under the constraints of the three dimensions of product time, cost and target effect, the implementation can be achieved.
空间上我们采取了中轴布局的方式，因为这样的方式能增加空间的节奏，同时，收放和动静关系也可以更好地体现出来。这个项目中有多件软装陈设产品是我们自己从设计到打磨，到生产，最后投入到空间使用中去的。比如：大家看到的空间当中的火炉、壁柜、艺术品、备餐柜，以及一些条案等等。
Spatially, we adopted a central axis layout. Because this way can increase the rhythm of the space, at the same time, the retraction and dynamic relationship can be better reflected. In this project, many soft decoration furnishing products were designed, polished, produced and finally put into space use by ourselves. For example, you can see the stove, wall cabinet, art, food preparation cabinet, and some documents in the space.
另外，在这次的空间设计元素上也采用了竹，唯一不同的是：过去我们用竹是请专业竹编师傅去制作的，而这次我们尝试将复杂的竹编工艺通过分解到最简单的方法，让非专业师傅也可以制作。
In addition, bamboo is also used in the space design element. The only difference is that in the past, we used to hire a professional bamboo weaver to make bamboo. And this time we try to break down the complex bamboo weaving process into the simplest way, so that non-professional teachers can also make it.
这次项目的时间和成本控制整体是达到预期的，都在较为理想的范围之内。
The overall time and cost control of this project has reached the expected level and are within the ideal range.
